How To Enroll
Ready to get started? Follow these 2 easy steps to become part of Kids Corner Early Learning Academy.
1. The following documents are required for Kids Corner Early Learning Academy registration and must be submitted annually as required by the Department of Social Services. (Please select the correct Application year)
- KCELA Policies Agreement
- DSS Regulation No.114-503.F(2) – Release of Children
- DSS Form 2900 – General Record and Statement of Health
- DSS Form for CDCC & GDCH
- Disciplinary Form
- Facility Agreement
- Liability Insurance
- Copy of student’s Immunization Record
It is required that all children in attendance be fully registered and have all documentation completed prior to admission into the program. Students may not participate without ALL required documents.
2. Please download and fill out the Packet and Application. Email the packet, application, and all the required documents to conniemwilliams@aol.com
